NaBloPoMo

Yes, you read the title of this post correctly and no, it's not a typo!

So what is NaBloPoMo? It is National Blog Posting Month! I originally heard about this challenge from Jessica @ Project Make A Baby. If you want to learn more about it you can go here, but essentially it is a challenge to post something on your blog everyday for a month. You can post about anything you want but they even provide blogging prompts if you are at a loss for what to write about. So who else out there wants to join me in the challenge and share whats on your mind for an entire month?

In other blogging news, I am going to start blogging for The Bump. The Bump is a website full of information for people who are trying to conceive, are pregnant, and have kids. It also has forums that allow people to talk with other people going through similar experiences. I am a frequent poster on the Infertility Board. Since posting on TB I have met some awesome ladies who have tons of knowledge and provide so much support when I need it. Anyways, I was browsing old posts and saw one inquiring about people who would be interested in blogging for TB. Since I have really come to love blogging I decided to respond even though it was likely an outdated post. I was surprised to get a response asking me for my information and a link to my blog. That was a couple weeks ago so I had given up hope of hearing back from anyone but today I had an email from them saying that they enjoyed reading my blog and would love for me to blog for TB since many women out there are struggling with IF just like me. I don't have all the info yet but I guess they are going to set me up with their WordPress account and I just have to post once or twice a week (it's up to me). They will then publish and promote the piece.

I'm just really excited to be getting the opportunity to share my struggle with infertility with as many people as possible.

So that's my first post for NaBloPoMo. Tomorrow I will give you guys an update on how I'm feeling with the whole baby situation since it will be exactly one week since the transfer...
